Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return instructions. Requests submitted after the allowed return window may not be eligible.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- Original tags and packaging should be included where possible
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery or missing components may be refused
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and clearance reasons, final sale items, intimate items, swimwear without hygiene protection, beauty accessories and other marked non-returnable items may not qualify for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on inventory and destination. If a direct exchange is not possible, we may provide an alternative resolution based on stock availability and your request.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.
